Meet the Choreographers

We are Richelle Rindlisbacher and Shalina Castillo, and we are knowledgeable and enthusiastic choreographers just waiting to work with your team and give you the tools for success! We are Cheer coaches ourselves and understand how coaches are pulled in many directions! Let us come work with your team so you can focus on leading your program!

Richelle has six years of experience in dance and cheer choreography and specializes in creating visually appealing, cohesive and competitive routines that win! I will design a custom routine that meets the ability and needs of your team!

I have special expertise in AACCA and NFHS spirit safety rules and will ensure your routine fits all safety guidelines. In addition, I am very skilled in maximizing points for your team. USA competitions are my specialty--I know what the judges tend to look for and how to fit your routine to your division to earn you to the most points possible in difficulty and choreography!

Shalina has 3 years of coaching experience as well, and is a proud alumni of Hunter High Cheer. She has five years of cheer experience. Shalina loves the cheerleading world! 

Shalina's favorite part of cheer is stunting and competition! She loves choreographing competition routines! As a coach She has led her team take a National Championship and to place 5th nationally--making history at her school by having her team make it to finals two years in a row! She also has experience choreographing and coaching three group stunts-- 2 advanced and 1 intermediate! All three groups qualified for and competed at nationals!! 

Shalina has a strong expertise in creating innovative and dynamic stunts to make your routine shine!!
